Focus on alignment of the muscular and skeletal structures, along with breathing techniques using both held and moving postures. Modifications are offered by the instructor.
In this class, you’ll enjoy a gentle class where poses are less intense and performed at a slower pace. You’ll feel the integrity of each pose, including some standing poses… but with more poses on the floor. An excellent practice for beginners, but one that yogis of all levels will enjoy.
