June is Black Music Month and we will celebrate with the music documentary "Summer of Soul"
"Summer of Soul" directed by Amir "Questlove" Thompson, documents the incredible 1969 Harlem Cultural Festival which ran for six consecutive Sundays between June 29th and August 24th at Mount Morris Park in Harlem. Artists such as Stevie Wonder, Nina Simone, Gladys Knight and The Pips and so many more are featured in this exciting documentary. Run time: 2 hours and 17 minutes. Post film discussion will follow. Light Refreshments Served.
