Interested in filmmaking? Teen Film Club exposes teens, ages 14 to 17 to the craft of filmmaking through interactive lectures and individual project support. Sessions will be held every Monday in August from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in 202.E, on the second floor of the MLK Library.
Sessions
Teens must register for these sessions in advance. Sessions are limited to 10 participants. Registration is first come, first serve basis.
To receive community service credit for each session, teens must be registered as a DC Public Library Volunteer. Teens can apply to be a DC Public Library volunteer here or visit dclibrary.org/volunteer. COVID-19 Vaccination documentation is required, including any eligible booster shots.
