This series of 10 classes will provide participants with a fundamental knowledge of Tai Chi and Qigong, traditional Chinese health and martial disciplines.
The classes are in-person and will take place in the Large Meeting Room at West End Neighborhood Library.

Taught by Nick Gracenin, founder of DC Tai Chi, and an internationally recognized master instructor with 46 years of experience.
