Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced while sitting on a chair or using a chair for support.
Chair Yoga is designed to make traditional yoga poses more accessible to people of all ages, fitness levels, and physical abilities especially for seniors and those with limited mobility, balance issues, or who are recovering from injury.
