Learn to better understand and react to strong emotions. We look at what happens in our minds and bodies when emotions are intense and tools that can help us stay regulated.
This session provides information for people who want to better understand and react to strong emotions. We look at what happens when emotions are intense, and how those reactions can make it hard to think, communicate, or make decisions.
