WUSA9's Allison Seymour is sitting down with author and career coach L. Michelle Smith to explore your relationship with your career and how your happiness can be the key ingredient in your success.

People who are happy tend to be more successful in their careers, are more likely to feel motivated and engaged, and are more resilient in the face of challenges. In addition, happiness fosters stronger and more fulfilling relationships which can manifest supportive and collaborative opportunities.
In this virtual discussion with WUSA9's Allison Seymor, celebrated leadership and executive coach and consultant L. Michelle Smith will be bringing her positive psychology and neuroscience-informed approach to show you practical ways you can actively improve your happiness to improve your chances of achieving your goals, including gratitude practices, healthy habits, realistic goal-setting, and more.
