Join DC Public Library and the National Association of Voice Actors (NAVA) for a community‑informed conversation about how artificial intelligence is reshaping creative work.

AI is having an impact across creative fields, from voice acting to writing and game design. After a short opening and context‑setting, you’ll participate in guided breakout discussions, then reconvene for a moderated panel that surfaces concerns and opportunities across disciplines.

What to Expect

• Opening (6:30 PM): Fireside‑style introduction and stage‑setting on AI’s impact across creative fields.
• Breakouts (7:00–7:50 PM): Four facilitated rooms led by subject‑matter experts. Conversations will explore ethics, concrete concerns like copyright, privacy/surveillance and bias in training data, and practical approaches for artists.
• Panel (8:00–8:30 PM): Moderated discussion synthesizing breakout themes and highlighting ways to uplift human creativity in an increasingly AI-fueled world.
