Join us for free four-week mindfulness meditation series at the Georgetown Library. Learn or practice guided meditation, talk about mindfulness concepts, build awareness of breath, body, thoughts, and emotions. The series emphasizes presence, self-compassion, and everyday wellbeing in a welcoming environment. Bring clarity, calm, steadiness into everyday life. Lead by Mariana Cruz, Ed.D (Cand), educator, mindfulness teacher trained by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield (MMTCP) program. Mariana has extensive experience designing and leading programs in community, nonprofit, and educational settings.
No prior meditation experience is required. Join any available session. Saturdays, March 7, 14, 21, 28. 10AM-11AM. Free to public.
