A story time for all ages and all families, featuring stories and activities that honor the achievements and history of Native Americans
Story time fun for the entire family, these 20-30-minute story times are packed full of books and activities designed to be enjoyed by all ages. Promoting language and literacy skills, these story times are a great way to further your child’s lifelong love of reading and learning. This month's family story time will feature stories and activities celebrating Native American Heritage Month. Children and their grownups are encouraged to actively engage and participate with the stories and activities during the program. This program will be held outdoors on Woodridge Branch's first floor terrace, and is subject to cancellation due to inclement weather. This program has a 40-person capacity and is first-come, first-served. Patrons who cannot attend the first session due to capacity will have priority to attend the second session.
