Spend your Saturday morning unwinding with us!
Join Past Tense Yoga Studio for an all-levels gentle flow class that focuses on postures increasing your flexibility, mobility, balance, and overall strength. We encourage practitioners to bring their own mats, if not mats will be provided.
There will be twenty walk-in spots available, first-come, first-serve.
