In this 2-hour course, you will build upon the learning objectives taught in Web-based Outlook Basics. You will learn how to use more advanced features within your Outlook account. You will learn intermediate skills that can help you use your email account in the most efficient way.
Seats are limited to 16 participants and will be filled on a first-come, first-served walk-in basis. Please arrive a half-hour early to sign in for a seat at one of the 16 workstations. No entry 20 minutes after class starts.

Required Skills: The ability to read and comprehend English well, and the skills acquired in PC Basics, Word I Basics, Web I Basics, and Outlook Basics.
You will learn to:
Define e-mail and distinguish between server-based e-mail & web-based e-mail accounts
Generate a web-based version of an Outlook account by creating a username and a secure password or sign-in with an established account
Identify the Apps Launcher button
Review the free software applications,(Word, Excel, & PowerPoint), included within Web-based Outlook e-mail.
Identify all folders & free applications included within your account
Create personalized signature for all outgoing emails
Compose and save a vacation message
Observe how to create an email group and send a single message to all recipients
Observe how to have notifications sent to your smartphone when new messages are received in your inbox
Observe how to label unwanted messages and forward them to your spam folders
