Learn wellness practices, including yoga and meditation. This is part of a monthly workshop series, running from April to September. Attendance at previous sessions is not required.
Participants will be guided through yoga postures, brain-boosting movements, breath exercises, visualizations, mindfulness activities, creative direction, and community-building games. All elements of this six-month series work synergistically to teach strategies that help develop resilience, build community, positive perceptions, good health habits, and mindful awareness.
ASAP Wellness Community, LLC was created to show folks how simple it is to invest in their well-being. ASAP Wellness Co. utilizes yoga, breathwork, meditation, and other forms of wellness to show folks how to enhance their daily lives.
