Join DC FEMS, Mt. Pleasant Library, and ANC1D to learn the basics of performing CPR at a community Hands-only CPR, AED, & Narcan Training
Have you witnessed someone experience cardiac arrest and wanted to help? In this one-hour information session, DC Fire and EMS (DC FEMS) will illustrate the basics of Hands-Only CPR, automated external defibrillator (AED) awareness, Narcan administration, and how to increase a victim's chance of survival. Note: This is not a certification session, please visit the CPR Training Program if you are seeking certification.
Registration is required (click "register" through the library website). This program is for ages 13+ and is in partnership with ANC1D.
