The DC Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE) will provide residents with information about their Solar for All program.
The DC Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE) will table at the Martin Luther King Jr., Memorial Library and provide residents with information about their Solar for All program.
Solar for All aims to bring the benefits of solar energy to 100,000 low to moderate income families in the District. DOEE is partnering with organizations across the District too install solar on single family homes and develop community solar project to benefit renters and residents in multi-family buildings. All Solar for All participants should expect to see a 50% savings on their electricity bill over 15 years and can be proud to have gone solar. In order to be eligible, residents must meet the income guidelines below.

This program is part of 'Our City, Our Stories', a program series that features informative programs about local government and governance and educates residents on how they can be involved in the process, while also presenting cultural programs featuring authors, artists, and subject matter experts from Washington, DC.
