Come read with us!
This month we'll be reading The Message, an award-winning collection of essays by Ta-Nehisi Coates.
The renowned author journeys to three resonant sites of conflict [Senegal, South Carolina, and Palestine] to explore how the stories we tell—and the ones we don’t—shape our realities. --Provided by publisher
All genres and readers are welcome. Reading the club selection is not a requirement to attend (just be forewarned that there will be spoilers). Titles will be decided by group members. A limited number of copies will be set aside at the Mt. Pleasant Library and are available via OverDrive/Libby.
