The African American Music Association Presents a special screening of the PBS documentary DC Street Jocks Rocked the House followed by a panel discussion with legendary DC street jocks, club jocks, and night club owners of the 1970s and early 1980s.

A documentary narrated by DJ Kool examines the culture of DC street jocks and night club DJs, as they were social influencers and considered an important part of the music scene in Washington, DC during the 1970s and 1980s. Featuring first-hand accounts from former street jocks as they describe the music and dance culture within DC's black community.
