Gentle Yoga will utilize mat and chair poses throughout the class. All poses can be modified with instructor's guidance.
Students will experience a gradual progression of yoga poses to strengthen and stretch the body and breathing practices to calm the mind. Please bring your own yoga mat. A towel is recommended as padding for knees.
One-time participant registration is required.
Participate in the exercise programs at your own risk and remember to consult with your doctor before starting a new fitness program.
