Come read with us!
In February we'll be discussing the Booker Prize-shortlisted The Late Americans by Brandon Taylor. Set in Iowa City, friends and lovers—Seamus, Ivan, Fatima, and Noah—embark on an unpredictable year of sex and love, ambition, pain, and self-discovery. After this tumultuous period will the group of graduate students remain a steadfast family?
All genres and readers are welcome. Reading the club selection is not a requirement to attend (just be forewarned that there will be spoilers). Titles will be decided by group members and a limited number of copies will be set aside at the Mt. Pleasant Library. Fill out this form to be added to the book club mailing list.
