In this storytelling event, we will explore the stories of the Nacotchtank, and Piscataway peoples through the history of Rock Creek. Learn about how you can honor the land as a water protector.
In this storytelling event, we will explore the stories of the Nacotchtank, and Piscataway peoples through the history of Rock Creek. We will learn about how you can honor the land as a water protector.
Space is limited and the program is open on a first-come, first-served basis. Also, for safety reasons masks are required for staff and attendees ages 2 and up. This outdoor program may be canceled due to inclement weather.
Children of all ages may attend, however the program is best suited for children ages 5-12. We look forward to seeing you at the library!
