Join Woodridge Neighborhood Library for our Sunday Movie Matinee: "Ma Rainey's Black Bottom"
This film rendition of August Wilson's award-winning play is about blues singer and recording artist Gertrude Ma' Rainey and her experiences in the music industry. This film features actress Viola Davis as Ma Rainey and actor Chadwick Boseman in his last role before his untimely death in 2020.
