DC Reads is back with three exciting DMV area authors who are sharing their newest work with the DC Public Library community. You are invited to join your neighbors for a special DC Reads Book Club for the March title THE PRINCESS AND THE P.I. by Nikki Payne.
Fiona Addai plans to steal back her brother’s brilliant invention from the corporation that stole it. But with one misstep, instead of getting justice Fiona finds herself accused of murder. Maurice Bennett is running from the one case he couldn’t solve. But when he spots Fiona, something clicks and Maurice feels that old spark of intrigue. To bring the real killer to light, they’ll need to trust each other and that might be the most dangerous gamble of all.
