This psychoeducation session provides information on how to better understand and respond to strong emotions in everyday life. It will focus on simple tools to support emotional regulation.
This session provides information for people who want to better understand and react to strong emotions in everyday life. We look at what happens when emotions spike, and how those reactions can make it hard to think, communicate, or make decisions.
This psychoeducation group focuses on usable skills: identifying triggers, early signs of dysregulation, and simple ways to reset your body and mind.
