The MLK Library offers free notary public services every 2nd and 3rd Saturday of the month on a walk-in basis. First-come, first-served.
Notary services are now available at the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Library. Services are free and available every 2nd and 3rd Saturday of the month on a walk-in basis. First-come, first-served. Services are offered in community room 202-K on the 2nd floor, across from the Alma Thomas Teen Space.

Notaries reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or documents they deem unfit for a legitimate reason. The DCPL notary public is prohibited from helping you to prepare, complete, or understand legal documents.
