Learn a "strip quilting" technique to make keychains in the colors of your favorite Pride flag!
"Strip quilting" is a sewing technique where you turn tiny fabric scraps into a much larger piece that can be cut into many different projects. This June, learn this technique and create your own heart keychain for Pride!
All participants are REQUIRED to complete a sewing machine reservation before signing up for this class. If you do not meet these requirements, your reservation will be deleted.
This workshop will take place in the Labs on the A Level of the Martin Luther King Jr. Library. All attendees will need a library card and to sign a release form to work in the Labs space. For reasonable accommodation requests, please contact DCPLaccess@dc.gov or call 202-727-2142.
