“Love and ever more love is the only solution to every problem that comes up.”― Dorothy Day
Dorothy Day, co-founded the Catholic Worker in 1933, a movement centered on living out Jesus' Sermon on the Mount and doing the works of mercy, peace, and social justice
The Catholic Worker movement, includes over 185 houses in the U.S. and internationally. A Catholic convert, mother, grandmother, prolific writer and pacifist who died in November 1980, she remains a significant spiritual guide for countless people worldwide. Her cause for sainthood is now underway in the Catholic Church.
