Learn more about the Piscataway People and the history of this land
Travel through time as we research District history—be it person, neighborhood building, or movement—this workshop series will help you access and navigate the library's digital collections for your own research. During this session we'll focus on Indigenous Peoples, explore History Reference Center, Archive-It, or Native Land Digital, and share our discoveries with our fellow investigators.
This program is for ages 18+ and is open to all levels. You are welcome to bring your own device (computer, tablet, or smartphone), plus a limited number of laptops will be provided. Registration and a DC Public Library card are required for participation.
