Pygmalion premiered in 1913, a contemporary at the time take on the ancient Greek myth of sculptor Pygmalion who fell in love with one of his statues. It has been adapted into the musical, "My Fair Lady," originally premiering in 1956 and most famously into the movie musical of the same name in 1964. This is the first play we will read with Page to Stage Book Club,
