Learn how to hand stitch a tiny quilt using the applique technique and improv method.
Patrons will learn how to tie a quilter’s knot, applique simple shapes, hand quilt through all layers, and bind off quilt edges. This workshop aims to teach people the very basics of hand quilting on a very small scale. Mini-quilts can be used as coasters, wall hangings, and more! No prior quilting experience is necessary, though some familiarity with hand sewing is ideal.
