Come watch anime from the 80s, 90s, and 2000s in the Youth Services Program Room! This program is for patrons between the ages of 13 and 19.
Join us for a curated selection of retro anime from the 80s, 90s, and early millennium! We will watch a series from beginning to end, starting on June 7. Don't worry if you miss an episode; we will have a recap at the beginning of each meeting. This program is for patrons between the ages of 13 and 19.
On August 2, we will watch "Robot Carnival (1987)," an eclectic mix of shorts by various well-known directors, many of whom started out as animators with little to no directing experience. "This movie consists of nine short films, all independent of one another. The common element is human interaction with robots, namely the consequences of creating life with one's own hands, played in nine very different ways."
