Join the West End Library online for a virtual author talk by local filmmaker and photographer, Alyscia Cunningham. I Am More Than My Hair--a companion film and coffee table book--features conversations with women living with alopecia (hair loss). The project sheds light on their experiences in a culture that often pressures women to conform to narrow beauty standards. Learn about their journeys to self-acceptance and empowerment as they challenge and redefine society’s limited ideals of beauty.
