On October 26th the Chevy Chase Library will present a lecture and discussion of Much Ado About Nothing, featuring guest lecturer Professor Jennifer Linhart-Wood.
The theme for our current book discussion series will be "My Brilliant Friend: Friendship, Loyalty and Betrayal in Fiction." Every meeting features a lecture from a guest professor from a local university, followed by a discussion of the work. The guest lecturers will appear courtesy of the Friends of the Chevy Chase Library.
On Sept. 28, our group will meet to discuss Much Ado About Nothing by William Shakespeare. Please ask for a copy at the reference desk at the Chevy Chase Neighborhood Library or reserve a copy at your local library. I'll be sure to send out the link again the day before our meeting as a reminder. Our distinguished lecturer for this session is Professor Jennifer Linhart-Wood.
We will meet at 7 p.m. via Zoom. Please email emily.menchal@dc.gov for an invitation link.
