Ty's Travels: Beach Day!
Get ready for hands-on fun inspired by the Ty’s Travels book series by author Kelly Starling! Join us each Monday in July for a special Maker Lab featuring STEM activities, crafts, and more based on Kelly Starling’s Ty's Travels book series. This event series leads up to a special author visit at Parklands-Turner Library on Monday, July 28 at 10:00 a.m. featuring Kelly Starling herself and her new book, Ty's Travels: Super Ty! Come meet the author and showcase your Maker Lab projects.

Monday July 21: Ice Cream Science - Ty's Travels: Beach Day!
Cool down with chemistry as we explore how to make ice cream. No fancy machines needed! Kids will explore states of matter, freezing points, and physical reactions while shaking up a tasty treat using real ingredients. It’s hands-on learning they can eat!
