Northeast Library's Fall Garden Concert series returns featuring the Irish Breakfast Band.

The Irish Breakfast Band is a multi-generational group of DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland residents who meet on Saturday mornings for a potluck breakfast and rehearsal of their vast repertoire of Celtic tunes. These Saturday meetings are usually held at a different house each week, with attendance often exceeding twenty musicians.

The band has been an institution in the Del Ray neighborhood of Alexandria for more than 40 years and has performed extensively throughout the Washington Metropolitan area at events such as the Washington Folk Festival, Art on the Avenue (in Alexandria), and other local concert series.

Concerts are held in the outside garden area. Bring your lawn chair and love of music.

In the event of uncooperative weather, the concert will be in the Lower Level Room.
