Need help navigating a new device, setting up an email account, connecting with friends on social media, or something else tech-related? Drop by Tech Help, a one-hour technology assistance clinic, for guidance from library staff. Come prepared with any necessary log-in information, your charged device, login information, and any documents or assistive devices (including your glasses) you may need. Be ready to learn new skills and get comfortable in the digital environment while accomplishing the tech tasks you need done.

Get help with:

• Basic computer tasks
• Basic smartphone, tablet, and ereader use
• Troubleshooting device problems
• Borrowing ebooks and eaudiobooks
• Using other DC Public Library resources
• Creating email and social media accounts

Please note that staff cannot assist with computer viruses, performance issues, hardware maintenance, keyboarding, and filling out or advising on forms.
