D.C. Open Government Coalition will offer tips on how you can obtain all kinds of information from the Metropolitan Police Department.
Have questions about how to get information from the Metropolitan Police Department?
Join the D.C. Open Government Coalition at Anacostia Neighborhood Library on Saturday, September 30, at 11 a.m. for a Digging into DC Informational Session on how to obtain information from the Metropolitan Police Department. Experts will talk about what kind of information to seek and how to craft requests for information.
The session will be in the Ora Glover Meeting Room and is free and open to the public. Come with any questions you may have.
The Coalition, a group of volunteer watchdogs, aims to help the D.C. Government become more transparent and accessible so that residents can better understand how decisions are made and what information is used to make those decisions.
