A Space for Reflection with Artist Norhan Hawala
Explore and document the immigrant experience through quilting, zine-making and illustration, and somatic methods with artist Norhan Hawala.
In this ninety-minute multilingual workshop, guests will respond to prompts that will help them reflect and craft desired spaces and the objects found within them.
Registration is recommended. English, Arabic, and Spanish will be spoken throughout. Art supplies will be provided, while supplies last.
This event is for ages 18+ and is supported by the Mt. Pleasant Library Friends.
