Calling all job seekers: The West End Neighborhood Library will host a job seeker information session in August!
The event will feature an hour long presentation that will go over how to navigate DC Public Library's online Job and Career Accelerator, and it will include tutorials on creating a professional resume, writing a cover letter, and developing other successful job search skills. The information session will conclude with a question-and-answer, after which attendees will be able to schedule a one-on-one job search tutoring appointment with a DC Public Library staff member.
This event is open to all adults and teens ages 16 and up. Interested job seekers must register in order to attend. To register, please email the West End Neighborhood Library at westendlibrary@dc.gov with the subject line, "Job Seekers."
