A zine workshop inspired by Riot Grrrl for teens.
Zines have existed since the 1930s (or earlier!), many came out of the Riot Grrrl movement, ranging in topics from feminism, to music, to body image.
Looking to Riot Grrrl zines from the People's Archive, you'll get tips and tricks on making your very own zine.
A zine can be anything you want it to be. Zine-making helps connect us together and create a community. You can even add your work to our in-house zine collection!
"Creating zines is a radical act. People create zines to provide an outlet for their inner voice in a raw way." - Zahra Swanzy
