The month of May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and Shepherd Park Library is participating by showing the movie " Inside Out" on Sunday.
The film follows the inner workings inside the mind of a young girl named Riley, who adapts to her family's relocation, as five personified emotions administer her thoughts and actions. Age 8+
We will also give out an " Inside out" Game for the family. Each member of the family will get to know each other from the inside out, Get it? First come first served.
Bring your Blankets and Snacks!
Mental Health Awareness Month is celebrated throughout the month of May to spread awareness on mental health issues, reduce stigma, and to provide support, education, and advocacy for people struggling with mental illness and their families.
