This National Poetry Month, Words, Beats, and Life's talented youth poet laureates will be touring DC Public Libraries to perform original spoken word poetry and lead poetry writing workshop aimed for teens. The Youth Poet Laureates will be performing at Shepherd Park Library April 25th between 5:00pm - 5:30pm. The 30 minute poetry recital will be followed by a 45 minute poetry workshop.
