This National Poetry Month, Words, Beats, and Life's talented youth poet laureates will be touring DC Public Libraries.
This National Poetry Month, Words, Beats, and Life's talented youth poet laureates will be touring DC Public Libraries to perform original spoken word poetry and lead poetry writing workshop aimed for teens. Copies of the poet laureate's books and notebooks for participants will be provided. This program part of the Know Your Power teen program series and contest and is sponsored by the DC Public Library Foundation and Pepco.
