In this 1.5-hour class, you will learn the basic features and etiquette of web-based email as well as the significant function of attaching documents and graphics. The job search process requires that you have an established email account.
Class participants will be able to take the NorthStar Digital Literacy Assessment in Using Email immediately following this class. If the NorthStar Assessment is passed with a score of 85% or more, you will earn and receive the NorthStar Digital Literacy Assessment Certificate in celebration of Digital Inclusion Week!
