DC Public Library wants to hear you roar! Once again, we are calling on dinosaur fans of all ages to share videos of their best impressions of their dinosaur breed of choice.
Do you have a killer pterodactyl shriek, a mean tyrannosaurus growl or a wicked brontosaurus grunt? We want to hear it!
Record a video of your best dinosaur roar (10 seconds or less) and submit your entry here. Last day to enter is June 30, 2022.

Who can participate? This contest is open to all ages and species. We have categories ranging from toddler through adult, from group submission to house pet. Adults are strongly encouraged to compete.
What happens with the videos? Our librarian judges will award trophies and prizes in categories such as vocals, performance, direction, production, originality, costumes, choreography, best incorporation of a DC landmark, etc. Several entries will be selected for inclusion in our 2022 compilation video which will be available to view on the DCPL Youtube page in mid-July,
How will I know if my entry has been selected? Entrants will be notified via email in early July. Prizes will be available to collect from your closest participating library.
