Duke Ellington School of the Arts Jazz Combo performs at Woodridge Neighborhood Library for Jazz & Poetry Month.
The Duke Ellington School of the Arts Jazz Combo led and directed by Mr. Reginald Cyntje, will perform at Woodridge Neighborhood Library on Sunday, April 10th, 2022. Library patrons and community members are welcome to share a poem during this collaborative performance that celebrates Jazz and Poetry Month. The performance will also feature songbird Nia Alsop who is a senior in the Vocal Music Department at Duke Ellington. The event includes a Q & A with the student performers. The performance will begin at 2pm and will be held on the beautiful 3rd floor atrium that will allow all to enjoy the music wherever they may be in the library.
