Join us for an evening of DC poetry for the new anthology By Broad Potomac's Shore.
Join us for an evening of DC poetry with local poet and literary historian Kim Roberts. Joined by other DC poets, Roberts will read from the newly published anthology By Broad Potomac's Shore: Great Poems from the Early Days of Our Nation’s Capital. Selected as this year's DC title for Route 1 Reads, the anthology features poems by both well-known and overlooked poets working and living in the Washington, DC from the city’s founding in 1800 to 1930.
Featured readers include Dan Vera, Teri Cross Davis, Hayes Davis, and Regie Cabico.
Copies of the book bill be available for purchase. Wearing of masks will be required.
