In light of the selection of Pope Leo XIV, Georgetown Neighborhood Library invites you to an insightful talk by Professor Annie Selak of Georgetown University. A leading expert in feminist ecclesiology and the Director of Georgetown's Women’s Center, Selak brings over 15 years of experience in Catholic ministry. Her writing has been featured in Modern Theology, Commonweal, and The Washington Post. Dr. Selak's talk, “Habemus Papam: A Feminist Theologian Reads the (Holy) Tea Leaves,” will offer a unique perspective on the papacy.
