Join The Washington Ballet for a story and movement activities!
Join The Washington Ballet for a reading of "Once Upon a Book" by Grace Lin and movement activities inspired by their current production, Alice. TWB’s Storytime and Movement Class is a 45-minute to 1-hour program designed to give young readers an enjoyable experience through literature and dance. Participants will listen to the reading of a children’s book and participate in an interactive dance class that explores storytelling through movement.
Based on availability, there may be an opportunity to include a professional ballet dancer in the program and children will learn what it’s like to train and work as a professional dancer.
