Acclaimed poet and George Mason University professor Peter Streckfus will explore Louise Glück's remarkable body of work and honor her significant contributions to literature.
October is Nobel Prize month, a time to remember Louise Glück, the American laureate who won the prize in 2020. Sadly, Glück passed away on October 13 of last year, making this an apt moment to commemorate her legacy. On Saturday, October 19, at 2:00 PM at Georgetown Neighborhood Library, acclaimed poet and George Mason University professor Peter Streckfus will explore Glück's remarkable body of work and honor her significant contributions to literature.
