Stress is a natural reaction that your body undergoes when changes, challenges or difficulties occur. It can result in many different physical, emotional and behavioral responses. Height Benning Neighborhood Library located at 3935 Benning Road NE Washington, DC 20019 in a guided video presentation on ways to create healthy habits to recognize and deal with some common causes of anxiety and stress.
